If the challenge is changing attitudes and behaviour for individuals or organisations, Lynn Curry's training and experience as a researcher and educational psychologist provides both the theory and the practice to help change happen and make the change process supportable.
By anticipating needs for information to make critical change decisions, Lynn has helped groups design and conduct data gathering, information analysis and team development in order to identify and act on opportunities available. This participative, educational approach avoids alienating stakeholders by involving all players in actively shaping their futures.
Lynn earned a Ph.D. in educational psychology from Stanford University and a Diploma in higher education administration from Bryn Mawr College. She has held graduate faculty positions at the University of North Carolina (Chapel Hill), Dalhousie University and the University of Toronto. She established and managed the Medical Education Unit at Dalhousie University and created the professional assessment programs and a peer reviewed journal for the Canadian College of Health Service Executives.
